He also dealt with collective cases in the Yorkshire and Humber region, before advising business on good practice and the law. James has a wealth of knowledge on all aspects of Employment Law and has built relationships with many employers across the Yorkshire and Humber region.

Sophia Kupse is an award winning author of three bestselling self help books and an independent consultant with over 25 years’ experience in the healthcare sector. Specialising in innovative practice, she has worked with corporate organisations, SMEs and the NHS to improve people’s quality of life through her pioneering ERASE Pain Model. Her work has earned multiple awards for helping patients move away from ineffective medication toward more holistic approaches that support mental and physical wellbeing.
