Deborah Okenla is the Founder and CEO of YSYS (Your Startup, Your Story). YSYS is a community-led startup incubator for diverse founders, talent, and investors. Their programmes — FoundersDoor and TalentDoor — have connected over 17,000 people to opportunities across the UK tech ecosystem. Her work has been recognised across the industry. She was named Computer Weekly's Rising Women in Tech and listed as one of the UK's Top 100 Black and Minority Ethnic Leaders in Technology by the Financial Times. She sits on the Advisory Board of Coders of Colour and dedicates time to mentoring the next generation of community builders.

Dr. Milette Gillow is Co-founder & CEO at The Tech Bros: the world's first all-female, all technical accelerator. She is a former VC, most recently a Talent Investor at Entrepreneur First, and university lecturer in pure mathematics, after completing her PhD at the University of Leeds. She is also a professional opera singer, trained at the Royal Academy of Music, an EWOR Venture Scout, and a Governor of Oxford High School GDST.
