Rashmi joined the Medilink North of England after completing her PhD in Mechanical Engineering from University College London (UCL), where her research focused on maximising the durability of new-generation cardiovascular implants, including transcatheter aortic valves and stent-grafts, through advanced joining and surface engineering methods. Rashmi also have experience working on the orthopaedic biomaterials, having worked on calcium phosphate, tri-calcium phosphate, as well as strontium-substituted hydroxyapatite coatings to enhance osseointegration and mechanical compatibility in orthopaedic implants. As an International Manager, Rashmi leads the International Consultancy Unit applying her deep understanding of medical device regulations, materials science, and translational research to guide companies in medical technology, diagnostics, and digital health. She works closely with Medilink members and clients to help them navigate through complex regulatory framework, reimbursement systems, and market access strategies to identify and develop global commercial opportunities.

Yogan has 30+ years experience as a Chartered Accountant, successfully starting my own London-based partnership in 1991, which became part of a top 20 firm before merging with Top 13 firm MHA, the UK member firm of Baker Tilly International ranked 9th globally. Yogan heads up the Pharma/Life Sciences/MedTech sector and is a member of BIA (BioIndustry Association) FTAC committee. He is a key member of MHA tech sector, managing a portfolio of clients in the pharma, life sciences, technology, real estate, consumer, leisure and hospitality, charities etc Yogan specialises in advising owner-managed businesses on strategic matters and tax planning and has a wealth of experience with clients that include personal tax individuals, unincorporated businesses and limited companies. He acts for a range of UK based and international clients, particularly from India, the Far East and USA, regularly travelling to India and the Far East to head up the firm's Asia Pacific desk.
