Amin Fathi is Co-Founder and CEO of Innovarus Ltd, founded in 2024. He has more than five years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, particularly in long-acting treatments. Before Innovarus, his work and studies focused on finance and strategy. He studied Business Analysis and Strategic Management at the University of Manchester. Over the past three years, Amin has been part of Innovarus’ early growth, including expanding the team from 3 to 11 people and raising £1.7 million.

David Coe is a tumour immunologist, entrepreneur, and the Co-Founder and CEO of CoED Biosciences. With over 20 years of academic research experience at Imperial College, Queen Mary University, and Bristol University, David is an expert in how the immune system—particularly T-cells—interacts with different tissues in health and disease. His scientific career has heavily focused on T-cell migration in cancer, transplantation rejection, and immune tolerance. Before incorporating CoED Biosciences in 2023, David worked in a spin-out company manufacturing CAR-T and NK cell therapies. Experiencing first hand the costly and complex bottlenecks in cell therapy production, he developed the patented Column of Expansion and Differentiation (CoED) platform. This technology uses natural cell migration (chemotaxis) to manufacture potent, tissue-targeting cell therapies. David now leverages his history of pre-clinical success and business leadership to bring this disruptive manufacturing platform to labs and clinical facilities globally. His mission is to radically simplify cell therapy manufacturing, making life-saving treatments for advanced cancers safe, effective, and accessible to everyone

Dr Gray Kueberuwa is CEO of ImmunoKey, a UK-based biotechnology company developing a modular T-cell therapeutics platform to address the challenges of treating solid tumours. He holds degrees in Biochemistry, a DPhil from the University of Oxford, and an MBA, and has over a decade of experience in the cell therapy sector. Gray has played key roles in scaling T-cell therapy companies, contributing to a successful exit and the advancement of international clinical programmes. His focus is on translating innovative platforms into clinically and commercially valuable assets.

Richard is Founder and COO of Oncodrug, Founder and CEO of MyT Bioscience, and was Founder of EPTTCO and Proacta. Oncodrug is spin out biotech company based at the Heath Business Park in Runcorn. It has an integrated drug discovery platform that includes in silico and medicinal chemistry, screening and bioassay development, cell biology and biomarker development, and in vivo pharmacology and efficacy capabilities that greatly reduces R&D times for new agents.
