Working closely with businesses ranging from start-ups to established organisations, Julie helps clients attract and secure the specialist talent needed to support growth and innovation. Through her role, she works with companies at different stages of their growth journey and has developed a strong understanding of the workforce challenges facing scaling businesses.

Professor Keith Jackson is a Chartered Engineer and Chartered Director with more than forty years of experience in British manufacturing and international business. He began his career at Jaguar Cars before leading award-winning medical technology companies, including JRI Orthopaedics. He has designed, manufactured and exported innovative healthcare solutions to over 70 countries and successfully scaled companies to exit. As the Master Cutler for 2025–2026, Keith champions international trade, education, and healthcare across Yorkshire, promoting the region’s role in driving UK industrial growth. He also serves as a Non-Executive Director and Chair for high-growth SMEs, including on an international board in Hong Kong. Keith is a Visiting Professor at the University of Sheffield and a trusted advisor to numerous scaling businesses, supporting innovation, skills, and leadership across the manufacturing and life sciences sectors.

Mark heads up MFL Insurance Group Ltd’s Science and Technology Division working with healthcare and other science and technology businesses across the sector through the entirety of their lifecycle from start-up and beyond. He is an Associate of Chartered Insurance Institute and a Chartered Insurance Broker.
