Quick Labs, the Science Innovation Hub dedicated to empowering early-stage scientific entrepreneurs, has launched the second cohort of its Accelerator Programme. Tailored for innovators in Climate Tech and Health Tech, this programme offers hands-on resources and real support, rather than the typical theoretical exercises seen in traditional accelerators.
About the Programme
Our programme supports early-stage, science-driven SMEs and idea-stage innovators, particularly those developing solutions in Climate Tech and Health Tech. We welcome founders from all backgrounds - whether academic, technical, or commercial.
This accelerator is designed for companies within the first three years of incorporation, as well as individuals at concept stage. Each participant receives tailored support based on their needs. We assess every idea and business individually and adapt the support accordingly.

Support may include:
- One-to-one mentorship
- Access to laboratory facilities
- Expert technical and commercial guidance
- Tickets to relevant conferences (Climb26, Climate and Sustainability events)
- Access to networks and industry contacts
- Support with funding opportunities and grant applications
- Intellectual property and commercialisation advice
Over the course of the five-week programme, participants will develop their ventures and have the opportunity to pitch to investors, industry partners, and connectors. Prizes and rewards will be awarded, with the winning team receiving £1,000 to help kick-start their innovation.
