Across the Climb Tour so far, one thing has been crystal clear: founders don’t want surface‑level noise. They want rooms where real conversations happen, connections form naturally, and something genuinely useful comes out of the day.
That’s why initiatives like NatWest Accelerator’s She Scales matter - and why they fit so naturally alongside what we’re building through Climb.
Introducing She Scales - launching in Leeds this May
She Scales is a monthly female founders connection and co‑working day, delivered across every NatWest Accelerator hub. It creates a dedicated space for women building and growing businesses to come together, share insight, exchange experiences and build community - openly and honestly.
Whether you’re just starting out, scaling with momentum, or learning from founders who’ve already been there, She Scales is about meaningful connection and practical conversation, not performative networking.
The sessions welcome female founders, non‑binary founders who feel aligned with women’s spaces, and allies who want to listen, learn and contribute.
Leeds She Scales launches on 20 May - an ideal chance to meet your people ahead of Climb26.
We’re seeing the impact of the right rooms, everywhere we go
At Climb Tour Milton Keynes, the focus was on straight‑talking insight and decision‑ready advice. Founders engaged deeply around what it really takes to scale - from AI‑first employee listening as a competitive advantage, to honest conversations about investment expectations, access to finance and long‑term growth planning.
In Bristol, inspiration took centre stage as delegates met Stephanie Millward MBE, even holding the Olympic torch as they heard powerful reminders about resilience, ambition and backing yourself - moments that stick long after the event ends.
Then Cardiff took the atmosphere to another level. What began with everyone quietly taking their seats quickly turned into a room buzzing with participation - from rugby‑ball challenges to win Climb tickets, to spontaneous conversations and new connections forming on the spot.
Sessions covered everything from alternatives to equity funding, to mental health, wellbeing and building sustainable businesses, delivered through real, relatable experience. The feedback summed it up perfectly: “I can’t believe I nearly didn’t come.”
Different cities. Different moments.
But the same outcome every time: founders leaving with clarity, confidence and momentum.
That’s exactly the environment She Scales is designed to create - supportive, founder‑first spaces where something genuinely good can happen.
Final stops: Edinburgh & Glasgow
The Climb Tour now heads into its final leg, with just two chances left to be part of it:
📍 Edinburgh - 22 April
📍 Glasgow - 23 April
If you’ve been meaning to come along, or thought “I’ll catch the next one”, this is it. Expect the same open conversations, practical insight and high‑energy rooms we’ve seen right across the tour - and the kind of connections that don’t happen by accident.
She Scales is coming to Climb26
We’re also excited to confirm that She Scales will be coming to Climb26 this July.
Spaces will be limited and more details will be shared soon - but if the Climb Tour has shown us anything, it’s that when you bring the right people into the right room, the impact goes far beyond the day itself. Watch this space - and if you’re not registered for the tour yet, now really is the time
